Our client: A leading name in the real estate and construction industry in Saudi is looking to bring on board a Real Estate Development Director to join their team in Jeddah Your role: The Director of real estate development is responsible for overseeing the planning, design and construction of new developments. Stakeholder management would be a very critical aspect of the role. He / She will work closely with architects, contractors and other professionals to ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget. Responsible for the approved strategies and making sure objectives are executed to deliver the company projects with his/ her strategies and business plan. He/ She would manage and supervise the horizontal, vertical developments for this project including design review. The Director of Development is responsible for monitoring the time, budget, and approved specs for that project. Must haves: 10 to 12+ years of experience working on large real estate companies in Saudi. Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering is highly preferred, Master’s Degree would be an added advantage. Hands on experience in managing RE Development Projects. Need someone who is highly analytical and a strong strategic player.
