Job Description
SMS CAPITAL REAL ESTATE is a newly formed real estate company which is based in Dubai and office located in Clover tower Dubai we are looking for a Real Estate financial officer to oversee our financial activities. Our perfect applicant has years of experience in the field.
- Reporting to the Managing Director
- The Finance officer is responsible for all the accounting functions business both financial accounting and management reporting
- Analysis of existing internal controls and recommendation / implementation of improvements
- MIS reporting
- Leads the preparation of accurate monthly, quarterly and yearly statutory reports
- Ensure that all invoices are processed in a timely and accurate manner
. Budgets and management accounts preparation REQUIREMENTS
- UAE Real Estate development experience is essential
- Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, CPA)
- Working as a Finance Manager for at least 3 yrs
- Able to deal simultaneously with multiple tasks
- Show high levels of customer orientation
- A completer, finisher
- Logical, structured, methodical
- Assertive but cooperative
- Able to cope under pressure
- Flexible in approach to working hours and duties
- Able to priorities
- Highly focused quality
