Job Description

Section II: ROLE PURPOSE

To design, implement and manage the Quality Assurance long term plan and Monitor the implementation of QA objectives on short term basis and ensuring compliance with company strategy, timeline and budgets also to Ensure the consistency of processes across the stc organization for all sectors and departmental documentation including processes, policies and procedures adhere to the Telecommunication quality standards and with various ISO certifications being held by stc guidelines.

Section III: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES

Managerial Responsibilities .Ensure stc quality objectives as per documentation and maintenance of ISO certification are communicated across the organization .Recommend enhancing to the overall efficiency of QA department with emphasis on personnel, processes and systems being used in the department. .Ensure the Integrated Management is adhered to by all sectors and a unified approach is implemented and maintained throughout the organization .Ensure reports are generated for QA General Manager covering all activities being performed within the department

Core Responsibilities .Maintenance of the various ISO certificate .The efficient operation of the documentation system .All documentation internal audit issues are closed with the required evidence supplied to relevant team .Ensure the execution of ISO internal & external audit and closure of any Non-Conformities identified .Identify opportunities for continuous improvement to department, process, systems and the Integrated Management Systems .Supervision of employees reporting to QA director .Ensures quality assurance reports are generated for the QA GM on all quality management activities and related communication for effective documentation and reporting in line ISO and stc standard .Mange the relationship between QA department and internal & external partners such as other stc departments & sector and external vendors employed being used by the QA department

People Management Responsibilities .Mange the day to day activities of staff reporting to QA director .Ensure the department has adequate staff coverage at all times to maintain the efficiency of the service being provided by QA team to other department .set smart KPIs .Initiates any disciplinary action where & when necessary with QA GM and HR
