About the Role To establish and implement a comprehensive facilities management program, plans, policies, and procedures for the company to ensure smooth daily operations while providing technical guidance to support center operations and manage resources and efficiency for the center and business center operations.
About You An ideal candidate would have the following:
Bachelor\'s Degree in Engineering or a relevant field
15 years of relevant experience within the Real Estate or Maintenance field, with 10 years in a managerial capacity; preferably has worked for 6+ years in a similar industry
In-depth knowledge of management practices, leadership, and people management skills
Good knowledge of property management practices and standards
Strong experience in preparing annual budgets and contracts
Good organizational skills and the ability to manage several work streams in parallel
High level of personal and professional integrity, including discretion with confidential and personal data, and high ethical standards
Strong business and financial acumen
Strong communication skills (Verbal & Written) - English and Arabic Languages
