Job Description
An online English school for children with a mission to create the best in the world online education platform, is looking for an inspiring leader for a Product Team, reporting to the CEO. As Director of Product you will ensure high performance of all Product Managers by providing timely direction, mentoring and training. You will also have responsibility for building a robust UI/UX team. You will own the Product Roadmap planning process, coordinate across the company to ensure that product priorities are aligned with business goals while executing relentless-y on our production vision, which you will also define jointly with the Founders, your team and other key leaders within the company. You will establish a clear link between Product development activities, input metrics and output metrics, and then actively participate in setting & meeting goals against those metrics. You will preach the gospel of Metric-driven and agile product development. You will hire and inspire best-in-class talent in the company\'s Product Team. With all of the above, you are still a PM at heart and able to deep dive in the product design de-tails as necessary, analyze data and dig up exciting insights, help making critical product deci-sions and gain the respect of your team. Requirements:
- 5+ strong PMs experience leading product teams;
- Experience in building successful products, reaching at least hundreds of thousands of customers and annual revenues of 100M USD and more. Our strong preference is for B2C products experience;
- Solid software engineering background;
- You have fluent English and excellent communication & presentation skills.
