You will lead complex integration projects following acquisitions and partnerships, ensuring smooth transitions and unlocking measurable value. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution, driving operational efficiencies and synergy realisation across multiple business units. Working closely with senior leadership, you'll shape initiatives that support growth and long-term success.

• Develop and execute post-deal integration plans and value creation strategies
• Deliver 100-day transition plans ensuring operational alignment and synergy realisation
• Engage stakeholders across multiple subsidiaries to drive integration success
• Identify and implement commercial and operational synergies within food and agri businesses
• Collaborate with Strategy, M&A, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration
• Monitor KPIs and report progress to senior leadership
• Support change management initiatives to ensure cultural and operational alignment

Drive post-deal integration and value creationMust have proven experience in Food & Agri integration consulting

• Consulting or Investment Banking background with exposure to Deals, specifically Post-deal Integration or Value Creation
• Proven experience in Food & Agri sector integration consulting - this is essential
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to identify operational synergies
• Proven UAE experience (must be based here currently or within the last 18 months)
• Hands-on approach, not purely strategic oversight
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience; open to Senior Manager-level candidates ready to step up to Director
