Job Description



1. Communicate with t h e team to identify areas for improvement and to
develop and implement a continuous improvement program.
2. To insure all team members are understand each of their own responsibilities and
job description correctly.
3. To insure to submit all reports those are accurate and concise to Operations and
others concerned.
4. To give clear understanding to team about spa cost and all spa expense i.e. petty
cash spending, product usage etc.
5. Conducted disciplinary action as needed, accurately tracking verbal and written
warnings for violations of policy and/or procedures.
6. Conduct weekly meetings with all team members about the following issues: weekly
revenues problems, review of sales techniques, quality of work, training needs, any other
items which may be concern.
7. Conducted any other related duties as assigned by Operations Manager.
8. Organized the up selling training program, spa promotion, and event training for
each manager and their team.
9. To monitor and retail displays and spa service displays, in spa and public areas.
10. Insure retail displays are maintained and stock is interesting and exciting.
11. Plan and create internal spa promotion package with Operations manager and hotel.
12. Submit update reports to Operations Manager / General Manager
13. To maintain overall quality and standard strictly.
14. To evaluate and guide all spa team members as needed to improve their skills and
performance.
15. Review Spa Team Members performance and document any and all concern and sent to
Operations Manager.
16. To monitor communication memos from Operations Manager for all team members to
receive updated information
17. Work closely with the Resorts to ensure that our Spa and Resort activities are
coordinated.
18. Work collaboratively with others to achieve common goals, serves effectively in both
team leader & team member roles, and promoted collaboration & teamwork in others.
19. Ensuring good team members working environment and welfare within the area.
20. Acting as Liaison with Resort General Manager, Operation Manager and Department Heads.
21. To have a complete understanding of and adhere to the company's policy and
procedures

22. To have a complete understanding of and adhere to the
company's policy related to fire, hygiene, health and safety
23. To report for duty punctually and wear the correct uniform with
the name badge at all times
24. To carry out the other duties as assigned by the management team
25. To establish good relationship and rapport with guests and colleagues
26. To ensure the cleanliness and hygiene in work areas

Additional Information

Able to relocate in a remote island resort
