The Director of Video Production is responsible for overseeing all aspects of our agency\'s video production department, including the creation of videos, animations, and related multimedia content. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of video production processes, a strong creative vision, and the ability to lead a team to produce high-quality content that meets our client\'s needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all video production projects from conception to completion, ensuring high-quality outputs.
• Develop and implement strategies for the video production department in line with the agency\'s goals and objectives.
• Collaborate closely with clients, creative directors, and other teams to understand project requirements and translate them into compelling video content.
• Manage the selection, negotiation, and relationship with external vendors and freelancers, such as video crews, animators, and post-production services.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire the video production team, fostering an environment of creativity and professional growth.
• Ensure all video content aligns with clients\' brand guidelines, project briefs, and overall marketing strategy.
• Manage production budgets and timelines, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in video production and animation.
• Review and approve all final cuts and versions of projects before they are presented to clients or go live.
• Ensure all video production activities comply with industry standards and legal regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Video Production, Film, or a related field. A Master\'s degree or certification in a related field is a plus.
• Significant experience in video production, with a proven track record in a leadership position.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of video production and animation work.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
• Proficiency in video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other industry-standard tools.
• Strong understanding of video production processes, including pre-production, production, and post-production.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate creative ideas and present them to clients.
• Knowledge of current trends in video production and advertising.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in animation and motion graphics.
• Ability to navigate the technical aspects of video production, including camera operation, lighting, and sound recording.
• Experience in digital marketing or advertising agency.
