Recruitment Requirements

Responsibilities:

?Oversee the overall technical support and design management for the company's ongoing and tendered projects?

?Lead the preparation of technical proposals, construction methodologies, temporary works schemes, and technical clarifications during the tender stage?

?Coordinate multidisciplinary technical interfaces, including architecture, structure, and MEP, and provide design optimization recommendations?

?Provide technical support and conduct risk assessments for major technical issues arising during project execution?

?Maintain technical communication with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure all technical documents comply with Saudi local regulations and international standards?

?Manage the technical support team and promote internal capability building and training.

Requirements:

?Bachelor's degree or above in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related disciplines; professional certifications such as Registered Structural Engineer or Registered Architect are preferred?

?Over 10 years of technical management experience in international or large-scale building projects, including at least 5 years in a managerial position?

?Familiar with Saudi project procedures, local codes, and technical management requirements for large EPC/main contractor projects?

?Extensive experience in technical support, tender technical proposal development, full-cycle building design processes, and key construction technologies?

?Proficiency in BIM, P6, AutoCAD, Revit, or related tools is an advantage?

?Language requirement: Fluent in English (able to use as a working language); Arabic proficiency is a plus.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
