Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven

Director of Sales

to lead business development and client acquisition for our printing company in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in sales within the printing/packaging industry, strong leadership skills, and the ability to consistently achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly revenue targets of

QAR 40,000

. Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in printing, packaging, and related services. Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business. Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and pipeline updates to management. Lead client negotiations, prepare proposals, and close deals. Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums to promote services. Work closely with the operations and production teams to ensure client satisfaction and service quality.
Requirements:

Proven track record in sales (preferably in printing, packaging, or corporate gifting industry). Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. Must hold a

valid Qatar Driving License

and own a personal car (mandatory). Minimum 5 years of sales experience in Qatar market preferred.
Compensation & Benefits:

Salary is linked to Sales Target. Salary : 5000 - 7000 QAR

High Sales Commission:

Attractive commission structure based on achieved sales revenue. No accommodation, transportation, or fuel allowance provided.
