2. Key Account Management
Act as the senior point of contact for major corporate and pharmaceutical clients.
Oversee account performance, ensuring excellent service delivery and client satisfaction.
Coordinate with the operations team to design and deliver seamless travel solutions.
Strengthen long-term client relationships to enhance retention and expand business volume.
3. Market Intelligence & Strategic Planning
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities in the corporate and pharma sectors.
Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and strategic insights to senior management.
Recommend innovative business opportunities, partnerships, and offerings that support company growth.
Skills & QualificationsEssential Skills
Strong leadership skills with experience developing sales strategies.
Proven track record in corporate travel sales, key account management, or MICE industry leadership.

Experience
Minimum 5-8 years
of experience in corporate travel sales, business development, or a senior commercial role.
Experience with pharma clients or multinational corporate accounts is a strong advantage.
Previous experience leading or mentoring a sales team is preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Tourism, Sales, or a related field.
