Team Leader / Sales Director

who can

bring a team of 5-7 agents

and play a central role in recruiting and developing new talent within the luxury market.

Job Summary



Wolves International Team Leader / Sales Director will lead a high-performance group while

bringing an existing team of 5-7 agents

into our brokerage. This leader will also focus heavily on recruiting, training, and elevating new and aspiring agents who want to grow within the luxury sector.

This role is ideal for a polished, relationship-driven leader who understands how to build a thriving agent roster and maintain a refined brand presence.

Responsibilities



Bring an existing team of

5-7 real estate agents

to join the brokerage Support in recruit, interview, and onboard new and early-career agents Provide coaching on luxury sales techniques, client experience, negotiation, and market standards Lead high-quality weekly training sessions and accountability meetings Support agents through their early transactions and long-term business planning Establish clear production targets and hold agents accountable to performance metrics Foster a culture of excellence, professionalism, and luxury-level service Work with marketing and leadership to enhance brand presence and lead-generation programs Ensure compliance with real estate regulations and ethical standards

Qualifications



Proven experience as a

Team Leader, Sales Director, Broker Associate, or Top Producer

Ability to

bring a team of 5-7 active real estate agents

Strong recruiting and leadership skills, especially with new or developing agents Deep knowledge in Dubai real estate market Excellent communication, coaching, and presentation skills Active real estate license (required or ability to obtain immediately)
