We are currently seeking a passionate and results-oriented Director of Sales to lead our sales efforts and drive revenue growth.

Position Overview:

As the Director of Sales, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our sales strategy, leading a talented sales team, and establishing strong relationships with clients and partners. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years of experience in hotel sales, a proven track record of exceeding targets, and a deep understanding of the hospitality industry in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to deliver exceptional results and maintain high performance. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including corporate clients, event planners, and travel agencies. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align sales initiatives with overall business goals. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions. Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field; MBA preferred. Minimum 4 years of hotel sales experience, preferably in a 4-star or luxury hotel environment. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. In-depth knowledge of the Dubai hospitality market and its dynamics. Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
