Position: Sales Head

We are seeking a strategic, results-oriented, and inspiring

Sales Head

to lead our sales operations and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing large sales teams, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of exceeding targets.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, and manage a sales team of 35-40 employees across 4 locations. Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals. Monitor branch performance and provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and mentoring. Work closely with senior management to plan market expansion. Analyze sales trends, KPIs, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities. Ensure consistent customer experience and brand messaging across all branches. Conduct performance reviews and lead staff training and development. Generate leads, build client relationships, and close high-value deals. Prepare monthly performance reports, forecasts, and action plans. Build strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Stay updated with market trends and industry best practices.

Requirements

5-10 years of experience in a senior sales leadership role. Age between 35-45 years. Strong leadership and team management skills. Experience managing multi-location sales teams. Strategic mindset with strong problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Reports directly to the Managing Director.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Prior experience in the education sector is a plus. Multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
