Ensures that the Sales Operations Team maintains a high degree of accuracy and on time delivery to ensure the team achieves the highest standards possible
Oversees management of the sales budget, sales contracting cycle, management of sales processes including finalization of joint marketing plans and all associated paperwork as well as proactive management of the entire team and its adherence to sales annual planning cycle
Works with Events Team to ensure that we are servicing inbound requests for proposals to a 24-hour turnaround and that the conversion level achieved meets the agreed annual KPI
Works with Product & Packaging Team to drive innovation and delivery
Liaises with Digital Team and Guest Experience Team for each new event we launch to ensure everyone is set up for success
Oversees new system project from a product and packaging perspective
Develops team\'s use of CRM system to enable regular newsletter communications with international and local market customer databases
Introduces new sales processes to drive improvement of measurement, performance and accountability across the department
Works with team to ensure that our fam trip participants and visiting international influencers leave our destination with the best possible impression of our destination(s) and constantly improves what we do
Works collaboratively with destination stakeholders to ensure the needs to our partners and support network are met
Oversees management of monthly stakeholder meetings as and when required by the business
Oversees project management of all new business development ideas from feasibility to execution including driving all fact finding required internally & externally
Hands-on management of internal and external stakeholders across international borders including relationships with tourist offices, tour operator partners and OTAs
Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s degree
Excellent written and spoken English
Full driving license

Master\'s degree

Minimum of 15 years\' experience at senior level in organization
