Are you a driven, highly experienced Revenue Leader hungry for your next challenge? You will set and effectively communicate the hotel pricing strategy by market segment with reference to market intelligence, buying patterns and pre-determined seasonality. Further you will actively participate in the production of the hotel\xe2\x80\x99s annual budget and assist in the creation, update and evaluation of the hotel sales and marketing plan. You will be responsible for ensuring available technology is fully utilized and understood according to the property specific business mix and requirements and to ensure optimal use. You will then measure performance on all distribution channels, to ensure that fair market share is well achieved. Key areas of responsibility include:
To prepare weekly accurate 3 month\'s forecast for hotel rooms revenue by Market Segment.
To prepare monthly accurate rolling 12 month\'s forecast for hotel rooms revenue by Market Segment.
To set and effectively communicate the hotel pricing strategy by market segment with reference to market intelligence, buying patterns and pre-determined seasonality.
To prepare and chair a weekly Revenue Meeting.
Collate and distribute meeting minutes of notes on forecast and strategy changes, including weekly action plan.
Set monthly targets of upselling revenue for front office and reservations department.
Assist the Sales & Marketing Team in devising marketing campaigns, to ensure that the Hotel reaches the right people, at the right time, in the right place.
Maintaining high standards of data quality through system maintenance.
Liaise with Corporate Marketing to ensure all promotion / programmes are fully understood and right for the business.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience as a multi-property and multi-brand Revenue Leader
Bachelor degree in hotel management or finance.
2 years revenue and yield experience in the hospitality industry
Innovative commercial leader with proven success driving Total Hotel Profitability
Able to partner with and persuade diverse stakeholders, including executive level
Demonstrated track record driving results in high pressure and volatile environments
Highly adaptable, resilient, and able to thrive in culturally diverse workplaces
Experience deftly managing owner relations.
Demonstrated ability to rapidly integrate, interpret and analyze diverse datasets
Proven manager, educator and mentor of team members at all levels of the organization
Ability to communicate at a professional level in both spoken and written English
Ability to travel periodically to properties as required
Experienced user of Opera PMS desired
Experience with power user of Excel required
