- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of high-value real estate projects including mixed-use, residential, commercial, and industrial managing all phases from site acquisition and due diligence through design, entitlements, financing, construction, and lease-up or sale.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects to ensure timely, budget-conscious execution, direct site selection, feasibility analysis, financial modelling, and entitlement processes in collaboration with consultants, jurisdictions, and design teams.
- Structure and secure financing through debt, equity, and public-private partnerships; build and maintain strong relationships with investors, government officials, internal teams, and community stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends and risks across asset classes and regions; guide disposition or lease-up strategies to optimize long-term asset performance and organizational goals.
