What You'll Do

• Lead, mentor, and inspire department managers to deliver Six Senses' operational and service excellence
• Monitor industry trends and continuously enhance the guest experience through innovation and service upgrades
• Collaborate with the General Manager to achieve and exceed annual budget goals for revenue, profitability, and cost efficiency
• Oversee F&B and resort operations to ensure consistent quality and guest satisfaction
• Establish and enforce financial returns related to revenue growth, profitability, and return on invested capital
• Ensure compliance with legal, financial, safety, and brand standards across all hotel operations
• Maintain effective communication, reporting, and operational systems to support smooth hotel performance
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and guest-centric service among hotel staff

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Hotel Administration, Business Administration, or a related field
• 4-6 years of senior management experience in luxury hotels, with a strong background in operations
• Minimum 3 years' prior experience in Dubai in a similar leadership position
• Proven track record in F&B and resort operations management
• Strong financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets, profitability, and operational efficiency
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are preferred
• Strategic thinker with the ability to balance guest satisfaction and business goals
