Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of fitness areas and male and female changing facilities according to brand standards
• Support fitness instructors and guests to ensure professional and timely use of fitness facilities
• Greet guests upon entry and exit and explain fitness area procedures clearly
• Conduct fitness classes and personal training sessions in line with Six Senses wellness standards
• Maintain personal fitness level to perform training duties effectively
• Respond to guest inquiries and provide accurate fitness-related information
• Clean and sanitize fitness equipment after each guest use
• Enforce safety rules and regulations for sports and exercise equipment
• Ensure all fitness equipment is well maintained and safe for use
• Adhere strictly to service standards, performance benchmarks, and guest feedback requirements

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in physical education or related field preferred
• Minimum two years of experience in a similar role within luxury hotels, spas, or health clubs
• Certified fitness training qualifications with proven experience
• Strong knowledge of fitness operations and safety practices
• Fluent in English, with additional languages considered an advantage
• Basic working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Professional attitude with strong guest service and communication skills
