Responsibilities
As a key member of our leadership team, youll:
Set strategic direction aligned with our mission to deliver exceptional care.
Optimize operations, enhancing systems and processes for seamless service delivery.
Leverage data and KPIs to drive performance and patient-centered decisions.
Collaborate cross-functionally to foster alignment and synergy across departments.
Ensure compliance and quality, maintaining the highest standards of patient safety and regulatory adherence.
Drive growth, exploring new service lines, partnerships, and expansion opportunities.
Lead financial performance, managing P&L, budgeting, and cost-efficiency.
Inspire and develop teams, cultivating a culture of excellence, innovation, and accountability.
Oversee manpower planning, resource allocation, and operational readiness.
Champion risk management and safety protocols to support optimal outcomes.
Maintain accreditation standards, with a strong focus on Joint Commission International Accreditation (JCIA).
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Nursing, Medicine, or a related healthcare field (minimum 3 years of study)
Masters degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline (preferred)
1015 years of progressive leadership in healthcare operations
Expertise in strategic planning, workforce management, budgeting, and regulatory compliance
Proven track record in achieving operational excellence and leading successful accreditation outcomes (JCIA and others)
