Oversee and manage all nursing operations within the home care division, ensuring safe, high-quality, and patient-centered care.
Provide leadership, supervision, and clinical guidance to nursing and support staff.
Develop, implement, and monitor nursing policies, protocols, and standards in compliance with
DHA
and
DCAS
regulations.
Coordinate and manage
on-call nursing schedules
, ensuring adequate coverage and timely response to patient needs.
Supervise nursing assessments, care plans, and documentation to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
Lead recruitment, training, and competency assessments of nursing staff in collaboration with HR and medical leadership.
Conduct regular audits, performance evaluations, and quality improvement initiatives.
Ensure all nurses maintain valid licenses, certifications, and continuous professional development.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes and service delivery.
Serve as the primary liaison between management, clinical teams, and healthcare authorities for inspections, renewals, and compliance matters.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN); Master's degree in Nursing or Healthcare Management preferred.
Valid DHA license
as a Registered Nurse or eligibility to obtain one.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Nursing Director, Supervisor, or Senior Nurse in a home care setting
.
Proven experience managing
on-call nursing operations
and coordinating emergency care services.
In-depth knowledge of
UAE healthcare regulations
, particularly DHA and DCAS standards.
Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and healthcare documentation systems.
