The Role

This is the chance to lead design at the highest level with an international studio recognised for award-winning projects across Asia and the Middle East. You'll be at the forefront of luxury hospitality, lifestyle and F&B design, driving the creative direction and ensuring delivery that reflects the studio's reputation for excellence. You'll lead and mentor a talented team, steer projects from concept through to completion, and work directly with clients on some of the most ambitious developments in the region. With the support of a global network, this is a platform to shape design in one of the world's most dynamic markets. Key Responsibilities Lead luxury hospitality, lifestyle and F&B projects across the Middle East. Manage and grow a team of exceptional designers based in Dubai. Set the creative direction and ensure design delivery of the highest quality. Work directly with clients, guiding projects from concept through to completion. Represent the studio and uphold its reputation for award-winning design.



Requirements

Person Profile The studio is looking for a proven design leader with international exposure and a track record in luxury hospitality and lifestyle projects. You will be comfortable operating at board level, inspiring teams, and working directly with clients on high-profile developments. Ideal Candidate Extensive experience at Design Director level or equivalent, ideally in an international or boutique studio with a reputation for innovation and luxury. Strong portfolio of hospitality, lifestyle, and F&B projects delivered across the Middle East or comparable markets. Skilled in leading, mentoring, and motivating design teams. Confident in handling clients and stakeholders at the highest level. Strategic mindset, able to combine creative vision with commercial awareness. Ambition to shape and influence the next chapter of hospitality design in Dubai.
