The Director of Hospitality and F and B Development role at Azizi Developments leads the group-wide hospitality and food and beverage vision across a growing portfolio of mixed-use, residential, and hospitality developments in Dubai. This senior leadership position embeds hospitality and F and B as core value drivers throughout the development lifecycle, from early feasibility through concept launch and opening, delivering destination appeal and sustainable commercial returns.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead the group-wide hospitality and F and B strategy aligned with Azizi Developments' placemaking and asset performance objectives
• Create, develop, and deliver hospitality and F and B concepts from feasibility and master planning through launch and opening
• Develop business plans, financial models, and full P and L ownership for hospitality and F and B assets
• Embed hospitality and F and B into master planning, destination strategy, and lifestyle-led community development
• Lead and coordinate consultants, designers, operators, and specialist advisors across projects
• Work closely with development, asset management, finance, and design teams to ensure commercial alignment
• Act as a senior advisor to executive leadership on hospitality, F and B, and lifestyle strategy
• Ensure concepts reflect global best practices while being aligned with UAE market dynamics and consumer trends
• Drive value engineering and commercial optimization without compromising concept quality or brand positioning

Ideal Profile

• Minimum fifteen years of experience in hospitality, F and B development, or lifestyle-led real estate
• Proven track record delivering multi-asset hospitality and F and B concepts from feasibility to opening
• Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated P and L and ROI ownership
• Experience with a real estate developer, hospitality group, operator, or consultancy
• Senior stakeholder leadership experience across cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams
• Concept-led and commercially driven with strong awareness of global F and B trends
• Middle East or UAE experience is strongly preferred
