The Director of Food & Beverage is responsible for managing all F&B operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences, profitability, and adherence to quality standards. This includes oversight of restaurants, bars, banquets, and room service, as well as menu planning, budgeting, and staff development.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead all F&B outlets to achieve revenue and guest satisfaction goals.
Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and cost controls.
Oversee menu design, food quality, and service standards.
Train and motivate F&B managers and staff.
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
Implement marketing and promotional strategies to boost sales.
Qualifications:
Degree in Hospitality or related field.
8+ years of F&B management experience, preferably in luxury hotels or resorts.
Strong leadership, financial, and communication skills.
