About This Opportunity One of the most important roles within the company. The Director of International Finance, will be the steward of our second most important resource - Capital (Our first is our people). You will be working with and expanding our international finance team. Making sure we are profitable, tax efficient, and well capitalized. While also providing insights on our financial health, working to establish strong global banking relationships, and keeping up to date on international finance. What\'s Required

• Lead and manage our global finance team, providing guidance and direction to ensure the team is meeting the company\'s financial objectives.
• Ensure that our company is being as tax efficient as possible globally, while remaining compliant with all local regulations.
• Provide strategic financial insights to executive management to guide the company\'s financial decision-making.
• Oversee financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting.
• Manage financial risk, including foreign exchange risk and other financial risks.
• Ensure that our financial operations and reporting are in compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Work with clients to structure deals and transactions that are tax efficient and compliant with local regulations.
• Manage relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and other financial consultants.
• Work with banking officers to grow our relationships and expand our available credit for future projects and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Professional qualification such as a CPA, CFA, or CA.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in international finance and tax.
• Experience managing a global finance team and providing strategic financial insights to executive management.
• Excellent understanding of international tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate a global finance team.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to explain complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
• Fluent in Spoken & Written English, secondary language skills in Arabic, Spanish or French is an asset.
