The Role

Position Title:

Director of Finance Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 35K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: An established multi-concept, all-day dining experience in Dubai with branches across UAE, KSA, France and UK o Drive financial strategy and planning, providing insights to the leadership team to optimize performance and growth opportunities. o Oversee accounting, treasury, tax, and compliance while ensuring accurate reporting, robust controls, and risk mitigation. o Manage capital structure, funding strategies, and assess investment or M&A opportunities to support business expansion. Lead and mentor the finance team, while partnering with operations and commercial units to improve efficiency, cost control, and profitability.



Requirements

Open to Asian & Arabic nationalities. 40 years old and below o Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, preferably with CPA, ACCA, CA certification or other applicable qualifications o At least 10 years of experience in finance, 3 years of which from hospitality, retail, or F&B sector o Possess strong expertise in P&L management, financial forecasting, and tax compliance.
