Our client is a leading luxury real estate company with its head office in Dubai Marina.

They are looking for a Finance Director who will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company and managing an accounting team. Experience with a real estate developer is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies, policies and procedures to ensure effective financial management of the company
• Manage the accounting team, including supervision of financial reporting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and tax strategy & contracts
• Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements and reports for the company, and present financial reports to the CEO and Board of Directors
• Provide financial analysis and guidance to the CEO and management team to support strategic decision-making
• Manage the company\'s cash flow, including forecasting, budgeting, and monitoring of expenditures and revenue
• Develop and maintain relationships with financial institutions, auditors, and other external stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements related to financial management
• Develop & maintain financial models & present to CEO

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA certification is preferred
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, including at least 5 years of experience in a senior finance leadership role
• Experience working in Dubai is required, with knowledge of local financial regulations and practices
• Strong leadership skills and experience managing an accounting team
• Experience in Real Estate finance is essential & Experience with Real estate developer
• Proven ability to develop and implement financial strategies and policies, and to provide financial analysis and guidance to senior management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
• Fluent in English, Arabic is a plus
