Due to fast growth and launching new projects, we are looking for a
Director of Construction
to join our team in Dubai.Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the full construction cycle from mobilization to final handover Oversee projects with proven
handover experience in the UAE
Ensure delivery on time, within budget, and in compliance with UAE regulations Manage contractors, consultants, and internal teams Ensure quality control, HSE compliance, and site performance Coordinate with authorities and internal stakeholders Monitor schedules, costs, risks, and report to top managementRequirements:
5+ years of construction experience
,mandatory UAE experience
Proven track record ofcompleted and handed-over buildings in the UAE
Experience working with developers and/or main contractors Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills Solid knowledge of UAE construction standards and approval processesFluent English
(spoken and written) Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related fieldWhat We Provide:
