Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement a comprehensive brand marketing strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives - Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals to execute marketing initiatives and campaigns - Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audiences and develop effective marketing strategies to reach them - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints - Oversee the creation of all marketing materials, including digital and print assets, social media content, and advertising campaigns - Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, and make data-driven decisions to continuously improve and optimize campaigns - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and make recommendations for new marketing initiatives - Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to achieve maximum ROI - Foster relationships with media outlets, influencers, and other partners to increase brand visibility and reach - Act as a brand ambassador and represent the company at industry events and conferences. Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field - 8+ years of experience in brand marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role - Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand marketing strategies - Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer behavior in the UAE and the wider region - Excellent leadership and team management skills - Experience managing marketing budgets and allocating resources effectively - Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
