Job Title: Director of Bilateral International Relations
Role Purpose
Responsible for overseeing bilateral international relations activities, contributing to public policy formulation, and developing strategies related to bilateral labor relations. The role focuses on building relations with labornsending countries and GCC states, reviewing bilateral agreements and MoUs, and providing analytical recommendations and reports.
Key Responsibilities
Manage relations with GCC countries and coordinate positions with international organizations.
Oversee departmental units and ensure alignment of objectives and avoidance of duplication.
Prepare periodic reports on bilateral cooperation with labornsending countries.
Participate in technical bilateral meetings and joint committees.
Study and review bilateral labor agreements and submit recommendations.
Monitor implementation of MoUs and operational plans related to international relations.
Track labor policies and regulations in labornsending countries.
Support senior management and perform other assigned duties.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's in International Relations (10 years), Master's (7 years), or PhD (4 years).
