to join our team as a

Delegate & Speaker Acquisition Executive

. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with people, building high-level networks, and being at the forefront of industry transformation through impactful events.

Key Responsibilities:

Research, identify, and contact potential delegates, VIPs, and speakers across industries such as energy, utilities, manufacturing, AI, and technology. Build and maintain relationships with government authorities, C-level executives, engineers, and technical professionals. Send personalized invitations via email, phone calls, and LinkedIn to secure participation in our events. Work closely with the conference production and marketing teams to align acquisition strategies with event themes and objectives. Maintain accurate records of outreach and confirmations in CRM systems. Assist with on-site coordination and support during live events to ensure delegate and speaker satisfaction.

Requirements:

Must be a UAE National (Emirati) with a valid Emirates ID.

Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic. Strong networking and interpersonal abilities. Interest in public events, business development, and professional communities. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and follow-up skills. Proficiency in MS Office and LinkedIn for communication and outreach.

Preferred:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Event Management, or related fields. Previous experience in events, customer relations, sales, or recruitment is an advantage.
