International Director of Architecture - Client-Side Saudi Arabia Cobalt Recruitment are excited to be working with a Saudi Arabia based Urban development business that is redefining the landscape through three large-scale, futuristic cities. Our client has engaged us to source Director of Architecture candidates to deliver a 'crown jewel' site that includes AI enhanced cities, leading infrastructure, tourism, leisure, education, residential and commercial developments in line with the organisation's business plan. The role The Architects are responsible for managing the development of assets, through coordinating and supervising their own team of architects, planners, and technical staff on a day-to-day basis to achieve excellent design quality and documentation. Report to Head of Department on a regular basis regarding progress, design, quality, resources, changes, risks, program and planning issues etc. Help develop and implement standards, guidelines, and best practices to ensure a comprehensive delivery of expert services, systems, and outcomes Our client has engaged us to source candidates that are looking to enhance their careers in Real Estate through a 2-year vocation by relocating to Saudi Arabia and be part of a world-class scheme. Requirements
- Extensive experience in leading and delivering multi-asset and multi-disciplinary, complex developments, at least 10 of which in a senior management role.
- Hands on leadership of large complex multidisciplinary teams and championing project performance
- Solid track record of design and technical excellence across several sector types
- Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple, design related tasks simultaneously.
- Proven ability to build professional relationships and trust, with colleagues and internal and external stakeholders alike, with interpersonal skills to build effective relationships across all levels of the organization.
