We are looking for an experienced Director of Nursing to organize and oversee all nursing operations of the facility in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. You will create a collaborative and efficient workplace with attention to quality standards and policies. There, all personnel will be able to do their best in caring for patients.Responsible and accountable for the standard of nursing care in the hospital in collaboration with other hospital leaders. She/ he has an essential role in achieving high quality of patient care and focus on driving continuous improvement and excellence in the nursing practice. This includes creating an environment in which collaboration is valued and excellence in clinical care, education, and research is promoted and achieved.Other responsibilities would include but not limited to:Direct, oversee and evaluate all nursing personnel (registered nurses, LPN etc.)Guide staffing proceduresSet objectives and long-term goals for the nursing departmentOrganize and coordinate admission, nursing and patient care proceduresDevelop and enforce policies aiming for legal compliance and high quality standardsControl budgets and monitor expendituresResolve issues and deficiencies when neededManage record-keeping proceduresCollaborate with other departments and professionals to streamline operationsReport to upper managementRequirementsTo be considered for this role, you need to meet the following criteria:EducationBachelor's Degree in Nursing Master's degree preferred.Experience15 years of nursing experience is required. At least eight (8) years of experience in a nursing leadership role.Professional Licensing / Certification / Training1. BLS & relevant certification2. Saudi CouncilLanguage proficiency1.
