Our solutions save people time, so our clients' employees and customers can get back to what matters most.What You'll Do at Pega:In this global role, as the Leadership and Management Development Director, you'll work closely with the Global Head of DEIB, Talent and Learning to develop Pega's Leadership and Management development strategy and roadmap. You will play a key role in evaluating our current leadership and management programs, recommending updates and designing & executing new programs to meet the needs of the organization. You will use internal data and feedback to understand the strategic needs & gaps for leadership and management development, examine external trends and best practice to develop leaders. This is your opportunity to make a significant impact leading the design of the end-to-end leadership development at Pega, in close partnership with the business leaders, L&D team, Talent Advisory and DEIB team. In this role, you will:The Director, Leadership and Management Development will lead the organizational leadership development strategy and foster a culture of continued learning. This role will lead the design, development and execution of leadership development portfolio to support leadership mindset and skills at all levels.A key focus for this role is to create a practical framework for developing leaders now and in the futureWorking closely with the business, Talent Advisory Partners (HRBP) and Talent team, build development programs for executive leaders, managers at all levels and leadership curriculum for all employees. Evaluate current offerings, diagnose needs of the evolving business, identify leadership & management development gaps and recommend strategies that are innovative, and drive business growthEvaluate, develop and execute enterprise assessment and coaching practice. Evaluate existing external partners and identify new ones to create programs that align with management and leadership development needs.Work with the DEIB lead to accelerate our diversity and inclusion strategy through leadership development and offerings. Work with executive sponsors and ERGs to create and execute develop programs that build an inclusive and equitable work environment.Stay abreast of latest trends and best practices for leadership and management development. Infuse innovating thinking to build a culture of continuous learning and growth mindset.In partnership with the L&D team, leverage the learning technology to effectively communicate and scale.Develop a robust communication and measurement strategy for various programs and offerings by clearly articulating outcomes & impact and communicating across various functions. Who You Are:You're an exceptional collaborator and thought partner who can work with stakeholders at all levels within the organization. You are an architect and advisor. A self-motivated leader with a global mindset and a willingness to "roll up your sleeves" to both design and implement best-fit enterprise-wide leadership solutions. You are able to combine critical thinking and practical application skills along with the ability to drive and execute complex initiatives. You're proactive, able to work autonomously and comfortable working in a hybrid model with a global team based out of different regionsWhat You've Accomplished:Multi-year experience building and managing the roll-out of leadership and management development programs within a global organization, with a track record of program management. Experience working with vendors and external partners to design and develop leadership and management offerings. Exceptional stakeholder management skills, adept at engaging and serving as a consultant to all levels of management and leadership.Process-oriented, with a tireless focus on quality of output and increasing throughputExceptional communication skills (verbal, written and presentation) exhibited at all levels within an organization Skilled at translating data and analytics to develop insights, tell stories, drive decisions and measure impact KKeen ability to drive change: to transform, align and inspire in a fast-paced environmentStrong analytic skills and the ability to think strategically and programmaticallyWe encourage candidates of all backgrounds and skillsets to consider this opportunity.
