Requirements
4-year degree from an accredited interior design or architecture program
Experience 15 years+ of design, documentation, and project management experience with proven track record in handling luxury resort projects or large-scale mixed-use developments at major consultancy firms and/or 5-star developers and operating brands
Experience and knowledge of all aspects of 5-star Integrated Resort design, including space planning, interior design, FF&E, and materials
Extensive experience implementing design processes, including driving current consultants' practices, scope, and abilities
Experience with managing teams and complex projects, including design team organizational structures and resources
Experience with broad, complex teams delivering projects for large-scale hospitality projects
Experience in large-scale Integrated Resorts is preferred, but not critical
Ability to successfully communicate in both oral and written forms and graphically by developing diagrams and documenting reviews (e.g., CAD, loose hand sketches, etc.)
