Role Summary
Majid Al Futtaim Global Solutions is hiring a Director of Infrastructure and Workplace to lead strategic planning and delivery of IT infrastructure, cloud migration, and digital workplace initiatives. This role involves managing infrastructure operations, data center consolidation, vendor relationships, and business continuity plans while driving innovation to enhance efficiency and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the IT infrastructure strategy aligned with business goals.
• Oversee infrastructure operations, including network, system administration, and quality assurance.
• Define and execute digital workplace strategy for improved collaboration and productivity.
• Lead cloud migration projects and data center consolidation initiatives.
• Manage relationships with vendors, ensuring performance and compliance with contracts.
• Implement business continuity plans for operational resilience.
• Provide regular reports on IT infrastructure performance, availability, and KPIs.

Ideal Profile

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 15 years of IT leadership experience with a strong focus on infrastructure and operations.
• Proven experience in cloud migration and data center management.
• Broad knowledge of IT systems, cybersecurity, and digital workplace solutions.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Preferred certifications: CGEIT, CISSP, PMP, ITIL, CISA, CCNP, AWS Certified Solutions Architect.
