Accor Hotels & Resorts Premium, Midscale, and Economy Brands across the Middle East, Africa, Turkey, Asia, and the Pacific region are seeking a passionate, talented and experienced regional Director Food and Beverage to develop and execute our F&B strategy in the Middle East, Africa, South Asia and Pacific region. Reporting to the Vice President Food and Beverage MEASPAC, the responsibilities will include:
- Provide pre-opening support in accordance with agreed critical path.
- F&B Consultant / Food Service Consultant / Interior Design Consultant liaison for new and renovating hotels.
- Product development including prototype and roll-out restaurant & bar and events related concepts.
- Ensure performance goals and plans are in place for each region / hotel to achieve the annual Food and Beverage budget targets.
- Oversee food and beverage strategic project development process from conception, to implementation and delivery.
- Maintain relationships with owners, owning companies, investors, asset managers and hospitality advisors.
- Oversee the managed and franchise hotels Food & Beverage Operations\'
- Contribute to achieving the company\xe2\x80\x99s financial, operational and ESG objectives
Qualifications
- Bachelor\'s degree in a related field (e.g., business, hospitality)
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the F&B field
- Minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role ideally in a multi property / country / regional role.
- Experience in food and beverage product development and concept design
- Strong team management skills and experience
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
