Stay updated with industry trends and recommend innovative ideas to enhance the dining experience. Essential Qualifications: Proven experience as a Director of Food & Beverage or a similar role. Excellent knowledge of food and beverage operations and industry trends. Strong leadership and managerial skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Good understanding of financial management and budgeting.
