Job Description

Plan, organize, and oversee the overall operations of the food and beverage department. Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability. Manage and coordinate the activities of the food and beverage team. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards. Monitor and evaluate customer satisfaction and make necessary improvements. Collaborate with other departments to deliver a seamless dining experience. Supervise the purchasing and inventory management of food and beverage supplies. Train and develop staff members to maintain high-quality service standards. Stay updated with industry trends and recommend innovative ideas to enhance the dining experience. Essential Qualifications: Proven experience as a Director of Food & Beverage or a similar role. Excellent knowledge of food and beverage operations and industry trends. Strong leadership and managerial skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Good understanding of financial management and budgeting. Proficient in using computer systems and restaurant management software. Desired Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position.
