With stunning resorts located across the globe and exciting expansion planned, Kerzner International currently has a fantastic opportunity for an Assistant Director, Food &Beverage_ to join the One&Only F&B team at *_The One&Only Royal Mirage Hotel in Dubai.* With the global growth of our brands, you will be an integral part of the Resort's success and your role goes beyond developing potential relationships with our guests and colleagues. Where you will be responsible_ for managing the day to day operations of F&B Department which is designated to the specific _schedules in_ order to meet and exceed guests' needs and business requirements while ensuring strong Associate engagement and adherence to service standards and operating procedures. The Assistant Director, Food & Beverage required to conduct their duties in a courteous, safe, and efficient manner, in accordance with One&Only Royal Mirage's policies and procedures, ensuring that the highest level of service is maintained._ Suitable candidate will be reporting directly to the Director of Food & Beverage. He/She must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a managerial role in a luxury resort or five-star hotels in a large and high-volume capacity F&B operations. Have strong management and leadership skills in leading a team, dedicated and passionate in driving quality service. Should have proven track record in F&B management at resort level. Excellent spoken and written English is a must, and additional European language will be highly regarded in this role. Has the ability to work in a multicultural and challenging working environment, European / Middle East/GCC experience is a plus. At One&Only creating JOY_ is at the forefront of everything we do.
