Job Summary Manage all marketing activity relating to Atlantis, Dubai including its sub-business units and brands in the following areas:

Key Duties and Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the overall strategy, performance and profitability of Atlantis, Dubai by developing strategic Marketing Brand and Commercial Plans across Food & Beverage and Nightlife with the objective to exceed the annual business targets.
  • Drive brand visibility of the Atlantis Dubai restaurants, bars and cafes in the local market to increase brand awareness and equity.
  • Drive restaurant covers through marketing tactics to achieve budgeted covers and revenue through cutting-edge brand, product and tactical campaigns throughout the year.
  • Responsible for the Atlantis Circle loyalty programme, in conjunction with the efforts of the F&B Operations departments with the objective of increasing brand loyalty, repeat visitation and maintaining YOY growth of members.
  • Launch new and exciting F&B initiatives to ensure all bars and restaurants meet the expected business objectives that creates product differentiation against competition in the local market.
  • Responsibility and ownership of all individual restaurant brand identities, ensuring the tone of voice, visual identity and brand essence is protected and promoted across all marketing initiatives.
  • Develop the Annual Marketing Calendar in line with business objectives and developed marketing strategies.
  • Create fully-fledged integrated marketing campaigns with the objective of driving new customer acquisitions and capitalizing off cross-sell, upsell and repeat visitation tactics.
  • Responsible for the full in-resort guest experience in conjunction with all Operations departments to promote in-resort and restaurant activities with the objective to increase guest share of wallet and provide an extraordinary guest experience. This also includes leading on all in-resort collateral, signage, digital screens and mobile applications content updates.
  • Execute competitor analysis and maintain consistent communication with relevant departments to ensure all areas across the business stay ahead of the competition.
  • Manage existing and establish new partnership and sponsorship relationships to drive business results and/or create awareness in relevant markets.
  • Create Post-Campaign Reports to ensure continuous learnings and improvements for future marketing initiatives.
  • Drive effective marketing results with the use of data and information to make informed decisions regarding media strategy, packages, promotions, and partnerships campaigns.
  • Ensure brand efficacy across Search, Social and Content is maintained.
  • Responsible for the annual marketing planning and budgeting cycle.
  • Own the Marketing P&L and be responsible for all activities pertaining to the month end process.
  • Manage the overall Marketing budget to drive the most effective ROI and build brand equity.
  • Work closely with the Director of Digital Marketing, and Director of Public Relations to deliver integrated activity.
  • Work collaboratively with the broader Commercial teams across Marketing, Sales, PR and Revenue Management teams as well as Operations for effective brand and campaign management.
  • Participate in weekly Commercial Strategy Meetings and other relevant meetings to represent the Marketing team.
  • Drive continuous improvement across the marketing function to ensure best in class SOP\xe2\x80\x99s and playbooks.
  • Ongoing management of media and advertising agencies to drive key marketing plans.
  • Manage a team of Brand Managers to motivate and mentor them to drive their respective business unit.
  • Coach and mentor all staff with new marketing related ideas and skills and manage the marketing skills and competencies for the team
  • Prepare marketing presentations and reports for senior stakeholders.

Skills, Experience & Educational Requirements
  • Must have a minimum of 10 years marketing or agency experience. Experience with F&B is strongly preferred. Either Hotel or Restaurant group
  • Creative self-starter and group leader who takes initiative, is resilient to challenges, setbacks, and change.
  • Must be a leader in demonstrating vision, initiative, energy, and enthusiasm for the challenges of working in a perpetually changing environment.
  • Must have strong commercial acumen with strategic mind-set.
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
  • Must have experience in managing P&Ls with strong financial understanding.
  • Experience within a fast-paced working environment in a multi-business international business environment.
  • Ability to interface with stakeholders at all levels and be persuasive whilst collaborative in a productive manner.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain and protect brand integrity.
  • Strong understanding of digital technologies, CRM, Marketing Automation
  • Degree in Marketing is preferred.
