About the Role:

The Director of F&B Marketing and Communications will be responsible for defining The Link\'s brand and marcomms strategy to include the development of brand positioning, brand identity, ongoing content creation, organic and paid campaigns, PR activations, media visits, influencers, KOLs, events, and partnerships.

In line with an annual calendar of activations revolving around art, food, wellness, music and fashion, the Director of F&B Marketing and Communications will distribute creative storytelling and content strategies in market to drive local footfall, as well as regional and international awareness. This role will work together with the Director of Marketing and Communications of One&Only One Za\'abeel and the EAM F&B.

Role Responsibilities:

Brand strategy: Develop the brand strategy for The Link to deliver a clear vision, narrative, and position in market for the destination and all of its restaurants, bars, and retail offerings.

Marketing & Communications strategies: Develop and execute integrated F&B Marketing and Communication yearly plans that align with the overarching business strategy to drive awareness and conversion to all assigned F&B outlets. Monitor and measure campaign performance to accurately determine top line impact and ROI.

Storytelling development and content creation: Develop storytelling strategies that include, but not limited to: brand partnerships, F&B activations, programming, content creation, photo and video shoots, post production, design.

Organic, paid and earned media campaigns: Develop ongoing awareness and tactical campaigns across B2C/B2B channels including, but not limited to: website; social media; email marketing; press room; collateral; online, offline and outdoor advertising campaigns, media, KOLs, PR activations.

Agency management: Identify strategic agencies, build relationships and manage agency networks including marketing and communications/PR agencies, creative agencies, social media agencies, digital advertising agencies, CRM agencies.

Channel management: Drive channel integration, optimisation and management across SEO, SEM, website, social, CRM and acquisition campaigns. Track, analyze and report website and online marketing campaigns across multiple channels and customer touch points.

Brand management: Implement and monitor all F&B brand guidelines and standards across physical, digital and print guest facing touchpoints.

Partnerships: Identify and pursue strategic local and international partnerships to elevate the positioning and communications of The Link and its outlets.

PR & Media Relations: Manage all media engagement, agency management, crisis communications, press room content, hosting media and KOLs.

Restaurant & Bar Partners: Work closely with F&B team, partners and chefs to ensure alignment on F&B Marketing and Communications efforts. Set regular planning meetings to review results and align on upcoming efforts, programming and campaigns

One&Only One Za\'abeel: Work closely with the Marketing & Communication Director of One&Only One Za\'abeel to maximise media visits and opportunities and ensure that there is a cohesive approach to awareness building of all entities.

Budgeting: Develop and manage Marketing and Communications budget for The Link and F&B outlets

Audiences: Develop target consumers, personas, demographics etc. for The Link and the different outlets

Key Skills and Requirements:

Extensive previous experience in Marketing and Communications in luxury F&B hospitality and outlets

A strong understanding in brand building with clear, strategic and imaginative thinking skills

A strong understanding of luxury design and knowledge of design programmes e.g., InDesign, Keynote, Photoshop.

Experience in developing full-funnel digital marketing strategies including SEM, programmatic, social, video, display banner ads etc.

Excellent English writing skills

Ability to speak and present effectively before groups such as General Manager, Resort Department Heads, Global Office, customers, or colleagues

Proven leadership, communication, project management, and organizational skills
