Your task as, Director Integrated Business Planning EM, is to drive the IBP (Integrated Business Planning) process across EM, guaranteeing quality and consistency, aligning Sales and Marketing, and securing ONE version of the truth for EM. With the role out of the new IBP25 tool, this role is critical to drive improvement, enhance and elevate existing processes and the DP team in EM. You will need to understand and review the business performance against the medium and longer-term targets, identify gaps & agree on corrective actions with stakeholders. You are responsible for facilitating the EM Brand Review and Management Business Review meetings, and providing analysis on the EM NS, ASP and volume, prior to each submission. To lead a meaningful MBR, you will need to collect inputs from various sources; Cluster DP (Channels), Brand and DTC, enabling the SLT to take informed decisions.
Along with driving continuous improvement, your role will be to further develop IBP reporting, bringing further transparency to stakeholders and creating improved DP dashboards.
In addition, you will have responsibility for the EM inventory reporting, aligning our inbound plan to our sales plan, and driving actions on excess to help the business make the most timely and profitable decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
EM IBP Process:
Lead and manage the monthly IBP process in close cooperation with EM Finance.
Acting as COE, drive the execution of an effective and consistent process across clusters and EM functions, driving the new IBP25 principles.
Drive bottom-up assumptions to bring transparency from clusters across channels and categories, to ensure the most realistic plan.
Drive an improved category planning process with BU, CTC and DTC merchandizing. Define expectations, clear roles and responsibilities and accountabilities.
Ensure stakeholders adhere to set DB deadlines, with all IBP information available (IP Tool and commentary) for the monthly IBP meetings.
Set and manage the EM IBP calendar, aligning all business partners on key IBP milestones
Lead the IBP seasonal planning (GTM) for DP with EM CTC. Align range plans, providing ASP and margin analysis from clusters. Ensure quality NS and ASP for overall seasonal demand volume guidance from DP into CTC in clusters.
Drive OTB with DP in clusters \xe2\x80\x93. Consider existing inventory by channel to agree volume in-take ratios vs IBP \xe2\x80\x93 facilitate the EM monthly Buy Review with EM SLT.
Prepare data and key messaging for channel and brand to facilitate EM brand review and MBR meeting.
Document monthly risks and opportunities from IBP.
Support SCM with DC capacity planning.
Reporting into the Director IBP EM, is the Manager IBP EM. Roles and responsibilities:
IBP Reporting and best practice
Ensure IBP data quality with submissions on time in the IBP Tool, on seasonal and fiscal level
Agree final IBP adjustments before submission.
Leverage best practices and opportunities to drive reporting improvement in clusters.
Drive IBP KPIs and exception reporting to support fact-based decision making.
Lead and support the continuous improvement of the IBP process in clusters and HUB, via education and training of key stakeholders.
Identify improvement opportunities (process).
Act as key contact for Global DP team.
Reporting into the Director IBP EM, is the Senior Manager EM inventory. Roles and responsibilities:
Inventory Management
Help develop key strategies and initiatives to maximize profitability
Lead the EM inventory process
Agree IDL and INV targets and provide inventory reporting input for monthly RFC
Highlight EM INV Risks and ops, and specific actions
Drive excess action plans with clusters
Align the GFO buy based on existing excess inventory for FOs.

Educational Background/ Minimum requirements:
Bachelor degree or Masters degree
5-10 years of work experience in Demand Planning, S&OP or IBP

Experience in the sporting goods industry preferred
