Salary: 45,000 AED +

The role will be focused on offering Corporate Advisory services, including but not limited to; Debt advisory (raising, restructuring, refinancing), M&A advisory & Corporate Finance Strategic Advisory to Corporates & Single Family offices.

The role will be focused on offering Corporate Advisory services, including but not limited to; Debt advisory (raising, restructuring, refinancing), M&A advisory & Corporate Finance Strategic Advisory to Corporates & Single Family offices.
Responsibilities
- Originate CA Mandates covering minimum revenue of USD 250k per transaction
- Generate incremental revenue through introduction of other services within the organisation i.e. Private Banking Advisory, Asset Management Advisory, Family Office advisory etc
- On-board 5 \xe2\x80\x9cNew-to-Business\xe2\x80\x9d clients on yearly basis for Corporate Advisory
- MBA (Finance), CFA or ACCA/CPA/CA equivalent
- Min. Experience 10+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience of originating & structuring Corporate Finance transactions (fee based revenue i.e. Non-interest income)
- Strong client relationships in UAE & broader GCC region to originate mandates is a must
- Consultative Approach
- Negotiation skills
- Excellent communication skills \xe2\x80\x93 verbally and written
- Team player mindset and can-do attitude
