The Candidate

AsDirector Corporate Finance,you will join a committed financeteam, driven with the intent of delivering'FIVE-star' financial experiences to an international diaspora in the heart ofvibrant Dubai and Zurich.

We are looking for a natural self-starter whodemonstrates creative and critical thinking abilities, can focus on, andexecute, tasks with a sharp eye for detail. Anoutgoing, people-friendly personality with an ability to think 'on your feet'during changing situations is also essential.

You'll work closely with the management team to developconstantly evolving service goals.

KeyResponsibilities

Five Holding seeks to appoint a Director Corporate Finance.The candidate should be an experienced Finance professional who has hospitalitybusiness knowledge along with solid listed company experience.

Analyze and identify data required to support modeltracking

Analyze historical results, making forecasts andprojections, making recommendations, and generating models, presentations, andreports

Build financial models based on historicalinformation and other available industry-specific operating metrics.

Conduct scenario analysis based on micro economic andmacroeconomic factors / Conduct scenario and sensitivity analysis with theintent to support investment activities.

Analyze research data and synthesize raw informationinto insights and recommendations

Evaluate potential acquisition of projects /companies using various financial valuation methods such as DCF, comparablecompany analysis, capital structure analysis etc.

Ensure the new models' accuracy while enhancing theexisting models' quality

Identify key financial and non-financial risks andadvise mitigants for those risks

Update the financial models after each earningsrollout or other similar corporate actions.

Ratio and trend analysis of relevant informationtaken from financial statements and other reports.

Assemble and summarize data to structuresophisticated reports on financial status and risks

Ability to use accounting information and financialdocuments to create scenarios for potential financial decisions. This caninvolve knowledge of concepts like revenue, cash flow, capital allocation andamortization

7 plus years of experience working on the aboveareas

Positiveoutlook, outgoing personality, and fun to work with

Fluencyin English (written and spoken) is a necessity

Proficiencyin multiple languages is a bonus
