Job Description

The Director, AI Adoption & Value Realisation, will be a critical strategic leader, bridging the gap between advanced AI development and real-world business impact.
This role requires a deep understanding of how AI technologies, particularly Generative AI and Agent AI, can solve complex business problems, enhance operational efficiency, and create new revenue streams.

• Value Definition & Measurement: Define clear business cases, success metrics, and value realisation frameworks for AI initiatives, ensuring a quantifiable ROI for AI solutions.
• Adoption Strategy & Execution: Develop and lead comprehensive strategies for the internal and external adoption of AI products and platforms, including change management, training programs, and incentive structures.
• Customer & User Engagement: Work directly with key customers and internal stakeholders to understand their needs, identify adoption barriers, and facilitate the successful integration and utilisation of AI solutions.
• Thought Leadership & Communication: Act as a thought leader on AI adoption and value realisation, both internally and externally, by presenting at conferences, publishing content, and leading discussions on the business impact of AI.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs related to AI adoption, informing strategic adjustments and identifying new opportunities for value creation.

• Master's degree or equivalent practical experience in Business Administration, Marketing, Product Management, or a related field with a strong emphasis on technology or data.
• Minimum of 10+ years of progressive experience in technology, product management, strategic consulting, or a related field, with at least 4 years specifically focused on AI adoption, monetisation, or value realisation.
• Demonstrable experience in driving the adoption and proving the value of complex technology solutions, particularly in the domain of AI, Generative AI, or advanced analytics.
• Strong understanding of the AI/ML lifecycle, capabilities, and limitations, with an ability to translate technical concepts into clear business benefits.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful go-to-market strategies for new products or technologies at scale.
