At TZ Gulf Austria , we are looking for an experienced Manufacturing Director for a kitchen / closets to lead and oversee our manufacturing operations. The Manufacturing Director will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve efficiency and quality, while reducing costs. They will also be responsible for developing and managing a team of production managers and supervisors, as well as coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operation of the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in manufacturing, as well as a track record of successful team management and process improvement. Duties & Responsibilities

Direct and oversee all aspects of the manufacturing process, from product development to production and distribution
Establish and maintain relationships with key suppliers, ensuring quality standards are met and costs remain competitive
Work closely with other departments within the organization to ensure a coordinated and efficient workflow
Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and reduce waste
Monitor production metrics and adjust processes as necessary to maintain efficiency
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry best practices
Train and develop staff, providing mentorship and guidance as needed
Manage budgets and control costs, seeking ways to improve profitability
Stay up-to-date on new technologies and trends in the manufacturing industry
Identify opportunities for process improvement and lead implementation of change
Prepare reports for upper management detailing departmental performance
Serve as a liaison between the manufacturing department and other departments within the company

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in engineering, business, or related field
10+ years experience in a manufacturing leadership role
Proven track record of increasing productivity and efficiency while reducing costs
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives
Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
