Mark Williams is presently working with a UAE Government entity on an exciting mandate to hire a Director of Private Equity for a regional multi-billion dollar fund.
Responsibilities:

Lead an investment team who will be responsible for deploying funds into regional Private Equity investments, both direct and co-investing
Actively source, screen, and execute transactions in multiple sectors
Writing ticket sizes between $50 - $200 mln, either for Direct or Co-Investment opportunities
Making majority acquisitions with management rights
Liaison with investment partners and senior stakeholders
Hiring and leading the Private Equity investment team

Requirements:

Director with at least 14+ years of private equity experience
Solid track record of successful investments and generation of consistent returns in the MENA region
Broad deal experience, directly investing in various sectors
Fluent Arabic speaking skills
