The Direct Sales Agent is responsible for promoting and selling the company's products or services directly to customers through face-to-face interactions, field visits, or assigned leads. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring excellent service delivery while adhering to company policies and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell company products/services to potential customers
Conduct field visits, cold calls, and follow-ups with prospective clients
Generate leads and convert them into successful sales
Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and terms clearly to customers
Achieve assigned sales targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
Maintain accurate sales records and customer documentation
Ensure compliance with company policies, sales processes, and regulatory guidelines
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers
Handle customer objections and provide appropriate solutions
Coordinate with internal teams for application processing and after-sales support
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Proven experience in direct sales, field sales, or tele-sales preferred
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Goal-oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed targets
Ability to work independently and in a team
Willingness to work in the field and flexible working hours
Valid driving license (preferred, depending on role)
