to join our growing financial services team in Abu Dhabi. If you are target-driven, passionate about sales, and have at least 1 year of

UAE personal loan experience

, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate new leads and convert them into successful loan applications. Sell

personal loan products

by actively approaching potential customers. Meet assigned monthly sales targets and KPIs. Build long-term relationships with clients and provide after-sales support. Stay updated on all personal loan product features, interest rates, and market trends. Maintain complete and accurate documentation as per compliance standards.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in

personal loan or banking sales in the UAE

. Proven track record of achieving personal loan sales targets. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. Candidate must be currently based in the UAE.
