Job Title: Digital Transformation - Project Manager on contract basis.

Job Location : Abu Dhabi
Duration: 12 Months (Renewable)
Experience : 3 - 5 years of relevant work experience
Languages: Arabic and English
Core Responsibilities: * Lead and oversee large-scale digital transformation programs, particularly within the government sector, ensuring successful planning, execution, and delivery.

• Utilize strong project management skills to effectively manage resources, timelines, and budgets to achieve project objectives.
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of digital applications within internet, intranet, and operational networks, driving innovation and efficiency in digital transformation initiatives.
• Prepare comprehensive documentation to support project planning, implementation, and reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with organizational standards.
• Act as a key liaison between stakeholders, project teams, and external vendors, fostering collaboration and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring clarity of goals, roles, and responsibilities to facilitate successful project outcomes.
• Drive continuous improvement in project management practices, methodologies, and tools to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.

Education and Experience: * Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.

• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale digital transformation programs, particularly within the government sector.
• Strong project management skills with experience in planning, execution, and monitoring of complex projects.
• In-depth knowledge of digital applications and technologies, with a focus on internet, intranet, and operational networks.
• Experience in preparing comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk assessments.
• Fluent in Arabic
